Jan Willem is partner at Balance Consultancy Group and specializes in change management, organizational (re) structuring, governance structures and recruitment of senior management in general and performing personal and team development and assessments for recruitment in particular. He has over 18 years of international experience as HR consultant. In Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao St. Maarten, Saba, St. Eustatius and Suriname he has managed and executed some very prominent projects in the public and private sectors. Throughout his career he has developed and executed many training on several subjects for different target groups. Developing managers and organizations has always been his primarily focus.
