Sherlyne Eisden

Health Scientist by profession, with 25 years of experience in Health Policy and Management. With a strong belief in the human potential, the WHO (1948) definition of health, as being a complete state of physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being, has been her credo throughout her professional, and personal life. She has dedicated most of her professional life in finding ways into empowering people, adults and children alike, to maintain and improve their health and well-being.  As a professional she has introduced several innovative principles, has set up and coordinated complex, socially and politically sensitive projects, and has brought them to a successful end. She has achieved significant and groundbreaking milestones in her area of work, not only for the former Netherlands Antilles, but also in the context of the wider Caribbean.

The past year, after feeling stuck for more than a year in her professional growth and development, having its effects on all aspects of her life, she engaged on new ventures of self-development and self-actualization. This has lead to her engaging in new avenues of professional work: coaching, and mediation. As a QSCA Life Coach, she has discovered powerful ways not only for a person to take control of their life and well-being, but that also provides them with the tools to take their live to the next level and living it to its fullest. She now enjoys giving one to one coaching sessions, and  having workshops on ‘The Art of Having it All.’, based on Christy Whitmans’s book of the same name, where she shares this information and experience with others.

Workshops themes: What you believe becomes your reality
By changing your perceptions, you will improve your attitudes and behaviors into more productive ones, and therefore improve your quality of life. Sherlyne, O’dennis and Ivan have teamed up to develop this workshop. Attend the workshop given by them and learn the science of having it all.

Based on a clear and SMART expressing of your wants/goals/desires, and your ‘inspired’ actions, they will teach you:

  • Methods to better manage your thoughts, emotions and feelings;
  • How to reprogram your dis-empowering beliefs and perceptions;
  • How to achieve the required behavioral changes, through a combination of affirmations, visualizations and processes through spaced repetition and belief modification techniques. All is aimed towards enhancing the quality of your life.

During this workshop you will be able to experience one of the behavioral change technique shared.
