Sidney Genoveva was born in Curacao in 1954. He is married with three children. He is a God loving and fearing man. He has earned several degrees such as a bachelor degree in Social Science from the Social Academy ‘ Markendaal’ Breda in the Netherlands, a degree as a Fully Credential Teacher in Social Science & Education, a degree in Training & Coaching from the Institute for Education and Human Behavior Science in Amsterdam the Netherlands, a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the Vrije University in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He lives in Willemstad, Curacao, part of the Dutch Caribbean.

Sidney and Geomaly will focus on John Maxwells “The 5 levels of leadership, proven steps to maximize your potential”. In each workshop they facilitate, they will approach the subject matter from a different angle and with different practical examples.
About Raisha Management N.V. and his career
Sidney Genoveva is the founder and CEO of Raisha Management NV. After a long, stellar career in the public sector in the former Netherlands Antilles, Curacao and the Netherlands, he switched to the private sector where he was a longtime managing director for a worldwide Advisory Firm in the Caribbean and the Americas. His main focus nowadays is on coaching, equipping senior executives and leaders in developing effective leadership skills and behavior to achieve success in life and work. He comes alongside with companies and partners with current and potential future leaders not only adding value to them but also helping them adding value to others. He contributes to the development of young leaders at the Dessert University of the House of Worship Church Foundation, Curacao.
